Terms & Conditions of Aparthotel Wittenau, Berlin

1. Scope

These booking conditions apply to all reservations and stays at
Aparthotel Wittenau, Berlin
(hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”).

By making a booking, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Conclusion of Contract

A binding accommodation contract is concluded upon completion of the booking (online, in writing, or verbally).
The booking is considered confirmed once the Hotel confirms it or a payment has been made.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT.
The Berlin City Tax, if applicable, is also included.

The Hotel reserves the right to request a prepayment or full payment prior to arrival.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is possible only subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

5. Cancellation & No-Show

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival

• For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the overnight rate will be charged

The decisive factor is the time at which the Hotel receives the cancellation.

6. Use of Rooms / Apartments

• Use of the rooms/apartments is permitted only for registered guests.

• Parties, events, and commercial use are prohibited.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

• In case of violations, the Hotel reserves the right to claim damages.

7. Liability

The Hotel is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent acts.
For valuables brought into the Hotel, liability is limited to the extent provided by law (§§ 701 ff. BGB).

8. House Rules

The Hotel exercises the house rights.
In cases of serious violations of house rules or booking conditions, the stay may be terminated without notice.

9. Final Provisions

• German law applies.

• The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Berlin.
